Well not before the AGM is guranteed, date not yet set. As for future intentions the BOD suggested that would be made clear at said AGM.

The 3rd option mousey is that Aminex, the Zubairs and the Tanzanian Government are negotiating and haggling over the details of the 25 year development licence.

On one side you have the money (The Zubairs) the Operator Aminex (well for now) holding off on investment in Tanzania and the C1 Drill + development plan to provide the 3.5 times increase in power generation the Government forecast over the NEXT 3 years.

On the other hand a 25 year development licence and a claim for $2.73 million against Aminex (as Ron pointed out the $5.97 Million is against all the partners at KN-1 and not just Aminex)

Who wants what the most and what are they prepared to give to get it?

Not much to say on the rig contract, which was discussed on the BB yesterday Mr Jones.

Aminex said @ the end of H1 the tender process will close, thats this Monday coming.

steve, the one thing NR has absolutely no problems with is raising funds, no matter the current share price, just look at how easy he got the last one away @3.5p and look at the new board members profile to understand the connections he has to finance options.

So the ability to raise funds is unfotunately not going to be the issue.

to all the bust stuff is that Horse Hill flow testing begins in the next few days, Aminex complete the Farmout deal with the Arabs and a licence is issued as part of the negotiations, followed by a statement of commerciality for the first zone @ Horse Hill.

That is after all the stated plan.

Doubt it myself but never say never, still plenty of assets that can be sold off if thats the case and the proceeds divided up amongst shareholders. Of course Main market Aminex would need to go bust as well I expect for that result to happen.

+1 Caddy, it is not right at all, massive increase in proven resources with the CPR earlier in the year and yet an SP that has halved. Criminal I would say.

Well there is going deeper with the Tullow well and as a result he 2 TCF gas from NT-1 & 2 and the 5% additional stake in Helium-1 for his geologist services.

Can't think of much else at the mo though.

Either the assets are unlocked or they are not Mr J. The company has over 35 million barrels of oil contingent resources equivalent already, thats more than the complete CPR for the Portland @ the weald and Horse Hill and more than UKOG own.

Either they are monetised through a farmout or through production or not, all we can do is wait for Aminex and the Zubairs to conclude their negotiations with each other and with the Tanzanian Governemnt. Or run for the hills if you are that way inclined.

For me at this stage, I have some cash on the way and I know where it's going.

Nah they are just trying to scare the little pi's just before news.....again and playing with the spread. No real volume, no real sell off just bull S tactics.

I think the lack of any concrete news and developments is the real issue Drewky. In fact you could argue that solo are already funded for the drill with a £3.5 Million loan facility available which unfortunately is more than can be said for Aminex.

I do agree post C-1 that a proper partner is the best option though.

Certainly some wild swings down on very little volume again, naughty MM's...I assume then they will swing the other way UP on a few buys then wont they ;-P
