I did read recently of a case where a company took a shareholder to court over libellous comments on a BB though, must see if I can find it.

Well £44 million is what, 9.5p a share? & that would only value 2 assets at parity with the other asset holders, and nothing else, but will do for a start.

SOLO's MCAP should be £44 Million.

Here is my argument for the above statement and based on comparing % of asset owned against the market cap of the operators.

Lets start with Horse Hill.

UKOG MCAP 100 million % owned 32.44%

SOLO MCAP 12 million % owned 9.75% so if parity between the two, solo's market cap should be worth almost 30 million for horse hill alone.

Now lets add Aminex.

MCAP 83 million % of Ruvuma 75% (note they hold additional assets so I am using only 50% of aminex market cap, which is about 50% of the full GIIP.

SOLO 12 million and 25% so parity between the two, taking 50% of the market cap and 25% V 75% = 14 million

So in total to maintain a sensible parity between UKOG and Aminex, SOLO's MCAP should be £44 Million.

Well I don't think there is any reference to me, since I thanked jodo for sharing, still just a natural reaction from people invested, what can you expect, after all the article made some ridiculous comments about Jay, and then bigged up Brian hall, laughable, who is the Chairman where the buck stops? he did after all employee him and I assume that Mr Hall has regular 1:1's with Jay - Directing the direction of the company?

I would not be so hasty Spud as per the below. If this is confirmed at the AGM, then we will all be very happy. If it is not, then we can pull together an EGM very easily with the shareholder register BD has put together.

Tarry, they apparently still have a load of saussage rolls in the freezer from the party when the deveopment licence for KN was delivered up to 2036. I expect they will roll them out for the next licence delivery over Ntroya ;)

Well, Solo holds 15% of HHDL and has a market cap of 12 million V UKOG almost 100 million

It also has over 35 million barrels of oil 1C +2C (more than the recent UKOG CPR) as it holds 25% of 5 TCF GIIP that is currently being farmed out by the main market operator with the Arab Zubair corporation. If that farm out concludes then they get a cash valuation on their 25% and I expect it is a lot more than 12 million.

I expect a lot is to do also with their Horse Hill % just look @ UKOG Filter. It will however be very interesting to see the AGM resolution which should be published this afternoon.
