An agreement was reached with the BOD by those that bothered to do something rather than sit on the side lines and comment last year, the BOD however played it well and certainly to the letter but not the spirit of the agreement and hence this time round the wording has been more carefully selected. Unfortunately as you are not a shareholder nor a member of the action group & are not party to the proceedings perhaps you are not in the best position to pass comment and judgement

Quite right Crusty and a clear message there me thinks, last week I compared the market cap of solo against both Aminex and UKOG to show the disparity between what Solo should be V actual today and clearly the mcap is undervalued here.

There seems to be only one key denominator in that equation!

So it values Ruvuma @, lest say £7 million. After all Helium-1 is worth over £2 million based on the raise they just did. The question is how much is the fully risked NAV of the 1C, 2C and GIIP with a licence and how much will the Zubairs pay for part of Aminex's portion, if at all of course?

Certainly I see no more than £7 million being placed against Ruvuma Max and the HH flow tests will determine the value if commercial, then significant enough to cover most of todays Mcap imo.

Not really Woody. The action groups aim is to have resolutions that give shareholders the right to vote on fundraising and to prevent purchase of NEW assets. For example if SOLO came to shareholders to fund the 3rd Ruvuma drill, it would have my full backing and to curb their salaries.

These are the main points at least. As for the loan, well just over a $million outstanding, but HHDL owe solo over £700,000 and the bod can still draw $3.5 million if they so wish. Of course TW also said that UKOG loan from the same company was a death spiral, not looking quite like that today though is it.

Well good luck woody. Your "Bust" comment however makes little sense for the following reasons.

1.0 Ruvuma is not currently built into the market cap so even in the unlikely event no licence was issued then the impact would be small
2.0 There are other assets including Helium-1 and of course Horse Hill and the IOW
3.0 To go bust the company would have to be unable to raise any money. Unfortunately NR and the rest of the board seem to have no problem at all doing this.

It all hangs on the farmout @ Aminex and the licence, so till Aminex, the Zubair corporation and the Tanzanian Government conclude current negotiations, it is stalemate and the value of the 25% of 5 TCF GIIP = 0, however....

I agree Crusty, the normal process is bench marking and performance related, as in theses are the communicated objectives set out for the next 12 months and these are what were delivered.

Of course from a shareholders perspective, that assumes some effective communication on said plan and regular updates - whoops.

Like you I expect and hope that the whole thing comes together in one go, Farmout + licence + Spud date. How much longer that will be is anyone's guess, could be tomorrow or later in the second half.

In the meantime as an Aminex shareholder we do what we seem to do best, wait! ;)

I agree in the main Mousey although I don't discount the possibility, since it all depends on when all parties reach agreement and that could be anytime early first half.

What are people expectations on the Chairman's Early second half?

Mid second half would be September, so early second half for me is July or August.

I do believe that he will be at the AGM which means he is still a shareholder.

Seems a few shouting the loudest and complaining at the efforts of the shareholders action group have not registered? Some even seem to have deleted their posting history such as Normalguy.
