In summary though he leaves the company with a very significant and large tangible asset with 25% of 5TCF of gas thanks to his" drill deeper" recommendation after Tullow pulled out.
25% of a PSA thats has just been massively de-risked with the Omani Zubair corp who are happy to spend $110 Million to get onto production & not forgetting a valuation of solos 25% @ $20 million pre 25 year development licence and C-1 drill thanks to the Aminex deal announced yesterday.

Horse Hill, well we will see soon with flow testing of the Portland in progress. Helium -1, depends on this IPO and according to some if it is real at all, the rest I grant you is a bag of cra@p as it stands, with maybe a ? over the IOW 2019+

I think we broadly agree Gerry :) I am not so convinced that Aminex with 2 members of the Zubair corporation on their board of directors prior to the farmout did anything else other than default to the Zubairs? Certainly at the AGM on Wed they did not indicate that they had explored any other options at all and hence the disappointment from so many very loyal long term Aminex holders.

I agree that a farmout post C-1 drill is a very likely option, although I don't discount that a full sale is also a possibility. Going to have to wait for it all to play out, but I think SOLO's strategy so far is a better one than Aminex fo the both the company and PI's

I agree that it is not de-risked until C-1 is drilled Gerry. We also need that drill to tell us not only about the further gas that is or is not in the thicker sand target but also if the deeper oil target is viable. Again another reason for me why Aminex sold out to early, one drill away from a potential significant increase in gas and a possible oil play - crazy!

You are also spot on with the £11 million market cap - Aminex own the same % as solo and have a market cap of £75 million solo are clearly undervalued just based on the transaction aminex announced, however you are right, a tiny company holding a massive asset.

A loan might wel be possible and Jon Fitz certainly has the necessary industry contacts to potentialy make the loan a viable solution. If not then solo willeither have to farm down or sell Ruvuma or of course some other asset such as Horse Hill in combination.

Going to be an interesting rest of year either way.

Today marks a landmark deal for Aminex that enables it to advance Ntorya, an asset with really exciting potential – 1.8TCF is a lot of gas. To put this figure into perspective, a big gas field in North America typically has gas reserves of around 1-10Bcf, while a particularly large field will contain between 500bcf and 1Tcf. Anything over 1Tcf becomes recognised as globally significant.

Guess the average sustained Portland flow rate over the full test period, no justifications required and no judgements from others, a guess for fun no less!

The assurances are clearly worded and in writing in an RNS, they were not last time macg. I for one feel that I have done my bit, but if you feel that more should be done at this stage then feel free.

-The BOD are not taking cash as salary
-The BOD commit to seek shareholder approval for any new investments; or any further material acquisitions in any of its existing core portfolio assets.
-The BOD is in early stage discussions with a major bank on the provision of project financing for the development of the Ntorya field till in production
-The BOD reiterates its existing policy on the distribution of cash or shares from the future monetisation of significant core investments, including the Ruvuma PSA, HHDL or Helium One Limited
-NR is stepping down.

Meanwhile Horse Hill testing of the Portland continues and the Zubairs will now be the operator of the Tanzanian assets.
