It still is Paul, although I am still not sure what it is producing, still an average of 3 scuffs per day? Seems the TPDC are in no hurry to sanction work and Wentworth still have capacity to supply another 20 scuffs a day from their wells I believe. Once they hit that then the squeeze on supply V demand is on though and there is a good chance that will be hit by year end.

Around $3.5 million Mr J would be correct for solo's cost to drill C-1 (Nt-3) Remember even if they spud the back end of the year, not all the money will be required up front. I would expect a placing and open offer around November/December if that were the case although like you say they have the $3.5 million loan facility available as well.

No I don't expect Ntorya to be in production till 2019 earliest, they might be able to produce from Horse Hill if commercial.

No paull5. @ the Aminex AGM, Jay B said they had the compressor in country for several months but no agreement to do any remedial work. All attention now is turning to Ruvuma, why bother with a risky well when you have 2 that can produce enough gas, never mind adding C-1?

Maybe matherdj, maybe they want to confirm what C-1 yields in terms of gas and liquids? I could be wide of the mark, but at current % a possibility?

I agree matherdj, APT and the Zubairs are most likely to own all of Ruvuma before long and who know what else. They only need to purchase a % and a bit of AEX stock on the open market to force a reverse takeover bid after all.

Unfortunately Phimx, pi's tend to roll over. Take the current Aminex case as an example, in my mind, a reasonable one for the equivalent of a class action. They did an open offer in 2016 that had the Zubairs come to the table @ just under 30% and investors were promised that that money would deliver a back to back drill NT-2 and what is now C-1, they did not deliver the second drill and arguably if they had, would have commanded a much better price for their 50% than just achieved.

Very true willow, but the terms of the game have changed significantly. The wealthy Zubairs are now the operator, they are to deliver the licence and the drill.

The test for them starts now, will they deliver quicker and more efficiently than aminex.? I think so & we will soon see.

Hi macregor, only had a scan through your post, will take a better look later but have a few key points to make at this stage.

1.0 The RNS is in writing and in detail and as such if as an investor you make an investment based on the information in that RNS then you have recourse.

2.0 Funding - The possibility of a bank loan is significantly increased based on the Aminex RNS. The asset has just had a major de-risking with the Zubairs effectively saying they are happy to poor in $110 million, it's not as if solo are going it alone.

3.0 I agree the Zubairs are in a very strong position. The current value of solos 25% as per the aminex deal - without the 25 Year development licence or the C-1 drill targeting a thicker part of the reservoir and oil is $20 million. However with both the licence and a successful C-1 drill that value is significantly increased and de-risked.
