But Kejoglo, If todays SP is just over 2 pence then logically as per your statement below the it must be below todays price by the time a drill starts and lower during drilling.

Thats correct steve. Solo can negotiate the full or partial sale of their 25% independently of Aminex. However any deal will need to be approved by,

1.0 the Shareholders through a vote.
2.0 the Tanzanian Government and TPDC

As part of the standard AGM resolutions you get to vote on each Board member retaining their position or not. Use your vote the way you see fit, thats what it's there for after all. Jetty at the last AGM voted them all off for example whilst looking them in the eye. (hope you dont mind the example Jetty)

I think NT-3 or C1 is a significant bargaining chip in the 25 year development licence, after all it seems prudent not to spend anymore money without a licence in place and thus a guarantee that Aminex can extract the gas, condensate and any Oil discovered @ C1
