Seems to me they are all elements of the complex negotiations taking place between Aminex the Zubairs and the Tanzanian Government. The best result would of course be a licence and funded drill through a farmout with the Zubairs, I am sure though that the Zubairs bring more to the negotiating table than just the money...

Recovery of cash spent and a free ride would be most welcome vike @ H-1 Still for me it's all eyes on a cash valuation for Ruvuma with any conclusion to the farm out deal with Aminex and the Zubairs, Horse Hill and Helium -1 could as you say provide some additional positive momentum.

The presentation is dated Nov-17 on the Helium-1 site and the increase to 15% was Dec 17, the board member is Dan mailing as per the presentation. Still you could have looked that up yourself Chris.

Don't think the Hlelium-1 website presentation has been updated Chris. Just going to wait for the end of month update on Helium-1 as NR said in the meeting there would be one by month end.

It's from the 1.5 million drawn down last year, nothing new only they have decided to start converting just prior to flow testing and other news.

From the recent annual report Kimosabi, it would seem nothing has changed regarding TPDC support. " A development plan has been submitted and application made to the Ministry of Energy and Minerals for a 25-year development licence for the Ntorya area, supported by the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (“TPDC”) the state oil and gas company." The 90 days suggested here was for one department approval and not the Gov to approve and so was an incorrect suggestion.

And at least they have a pump with a larger stroke capacity this time stock, so they can really maximise the flow from the first Portland layer.

Oh and one last thought on the matter, also confirmed by legal and the BOD at last weeks meeting and recorded. Shareholders will get to vote on any asset disposal, so triple locked :) UK Takeover code, Tanzanian Gov + Shareholders vote, of which the action group have in excess of 15% of the votes so far.

Think you will have to wait even longer than that for "an asset strip" Kejoglo The Bod were very reassuring on that point last week and since the PSA for Ruvuma is not only governed by UK Takeover code but also the Tanzanian Government licensing change control provisions, it effectively makes it "A poison pill" in the words of the lawyer present to anyone attempting such a move :) It was also confirmed that the Vendor collaboration agreement with Aminex was rescinded in 2015 leaving solo alone and free to negotiate any deals. So in conclusion, you will be waiting for ever whilst shareholders, who will be receiving news on several fronts by the AGM as per the recorded meeting last week. Good luck genuine holders!

All dependent on demand, the GE company that completed the study seem to think it will be built and the TPDC have already approved the development plan Mick. But you are welcome to your "Opinion" of course.

Exactly matherdj a bit of a weekend of "assumptions" with bold statements and "incorrect numbers" it seems. Still passes the time whilst we wait for the drill tender closure at month end, the spud date, not to mention the aminex farmout with their Arab cornerstone investor and of course the licence.

Thanks for the clarification then Mick, so you are focusing only on the 2C"decelopment pending" and not the 5TCF total or the pmean. I wanted to be clear on the interpretation (hard on a BB) since the Pmean has increased 12 fold between the last drill and the 2C increased 11 fold. The next well, C1 certainly looks to have interesting multiple geological targets and 80 BCF is what 40 times bigger than our current share of the lacklustre KN-1 well. All depends on the demand curve in a country that is in the top 3 world wide for GDP growth last year I suppose. Still your investment @ Wentworth operating in Tanzania are nearing production capacity from current wells and have not announced any further drills as they turn their attention across the border instead it seems.
