Licence will come when it does, 1 year appraisal extension so not fiscally impactful although the terms to be agreed between the 4 parties & the # of wells might be.
I don't see the Omanis walking away from their current $40 million offer for 50% of the 763 BCF with a current sales value rate of $2.5 billion (100%) (note thats only with 2 out of 8 wells drilled over the 25 year development licence area thus far) + they own almost 30% of Aminex, who's to say they are not also interested in solo's 25%?
H-1 yes I am also dissapointed at the lack of speed, if we see the IPO Q-1 then that will do till they get the drills down the back end of the year, I would like to know more about the off take agreements they are currently negotiating as well.
Guess you mean KN-1? Taken far too long, currently lifting fluids and then they are supposed to perf a lower section...when?
Last of the old Directors gone, I dont expect he will sell down till he can make a profit (unless he is desperate) he has shares at 2.25p and if I were him would sell above and into a rise.
I quite agree with regards to PR, dont want them wasting a bucket of money on it though although a clearly articulated road map for investors would be a good start.
Licence, KN-1 - Helium-1 and who knows, a pleasant surprise would be nice for a change :)
