I assume you mean AEX as SOLO have around $9 million cash + shares. Depends on when and if the get KN-1 up and running for AEX and if they get their farmout closed out before end March, they will have cash then.

First placing since September 2016 to be fair. They have the cash, they better get on and sort KN-1 out as they don't need any permissions, they certainly have the cash to now to fly in what they need in terms or services and equipment.

The issue being that they are both in Tanzania steve, the advantage of Helium I guess is that it is covered by the mining licence and the legislation and terms have only just been updated.

3% Royalty - 30% Tax and 16% Gov free carry. Still with estimated sales of US$150 to $600 Million (Gross) according to Helium-1 (0.5 to 2.0 BCF) post IPO and drilling etc it could be a very nice earner.

I have no idea when the extension licence will be delivered, might be tomorrow, Feb, March or even later but I think the probability of it being delivered is extremely high.

Frank, have you read the article? I don't know if it will impact or not, but till they have the gas coming out of the ground it matters not.

Gov "Hints" at a fresh round of talks with "potential natural gas investors". It tells us nothing and it is not clear if it is aimed at the LNG project with the majors or all PSA's regarding revenue sharing. By the way the Gov have not exactly taken up their current rights with providers in terms of %revenue sharing.

Your suggestion (scaremongering) that The Tanzania GOV might be taking "in house" all the gas production is what I am referring to, how do you extrapolate that from the article?

Well my view Crusty and that of Helium-1 is that the mining licence legislation has already been updated thanks to the Acacia episode and their current prospecting licence is valid for 11 years, so one thing at least we don't have to worry about for now.

Different types of licence though Crusty and different ministers, Helium comes under a mining licence.

As for taking Discovery, appraisal and development in house you are having a complete laugh Frank, they need the skills and the investment, thats why they are talking to the majors about the LNG project and the agreement as per your post earlier. The country would be finished if they did as you suggested.
