Not the right time for a deal imo (if there is indeed interest as reported) Ruvuma will be worth considerably more with the 25 year development licence in place and probably a lot more post the already funded C-1 drill based on the appraisal portion of the multi target drill, the very low cos Jurassic target would be a welcome TCF bonus.

Just need the appraisal licence to get the drill bit going.

It would not be the first time that an exploration well yields nothing on the primary target, only to yield results deeper and closer to the source rock :) Unlikely but possible, TOROK sequence 3 looks the best bet.

Will it be needed? no idea but I hope not.

No idea Crusty, but I do consider it a possibility due to the close political connections and business ties between the Tanzanians and the Omani's .

Depends on how much of a bargaining position the longstop is seen as in the eyes of AEX, the Zubairs and the Gov Crusty? but I agree they should have their contingency plan in place, although I can understand not communicating it due to the above.

Long stop date is 4 weeks away and the licence is a condition and due then it's game on for the main asset in the portfolio, unless of course you don't believe it will be issued and then shouldprobably run for the hills now?

Just need a good frack,some actual flow rates @ a minimum of forecasted (1,500 bopd ) + licence + production, then it's game on for TLP-104
