Well happy if you are right Frank but they could sign today then, why wait as it makes no difference because it is not binding till the licence is issued.?

Not expecting any rise pre licence myself, unless by some miracle some positive progress is made with KN-1

As for a decent spike and running, once the licence is issued and a spud date confirmed for C-1 then it will be worth ridding (to some extent) all the way through FFD and the 6 well programme imo, after all it will be fully funded more or less via the $40 million cash & carry.
