Unfortunately a very typical day both here and at Aminex. No volume, no buyers or sellers. Stale mate till there is progress on one of the assets and or a deal by the bod.

Based on a total of 8 trades yesterday Caddy, umm not sure the alleged tactic works and if they think it does then indeed they must be the mugs ;0)

It's a nothing of a rise based on 1 day, normal fluctuations and 0 volume. I wont take any movement seriously till recovered & surpassed the last placing price of 2.25p and that requires it seems despite the drilled discovered and appraised assets, news on either H1 - KN-1 - Ntroya licence - or a deal from the Bods announced strategy.

Yep another extension steve. I don't see anything moving on the main asset till the Majors conclude negotiations (apparently this September according to the Tanz Gov) and I dont expect them to monetise Ntorya before Chikumbi-1 is drilled personally, so not till this time next year at the very earliest.

Like you say steve, the BOD need to deliver on their strategy + on their JV management of Helium-1 which has delivered nothing this year so far.

Hi John. Due to the delisting in Ireland and the change of listing on the main market from premium to standard listing, there was a legal issue with announcing the extension till the housekeeping was complete, according to AEX PR.

I agree though, the whole thing could have been handled much better! AEX always seem to suffer from a frontal lobotomy when it comes to communications. They should have detailed the reason in the first RNS on the 19th July.

Ruvuma Farm-Out Update

Further to the Company's announcement on 19 July 2019, Aminex announces that all parties to the Ruvuma farm-out agreement have agreed to extend the longstop date for completion of the transaction to 31 October 2019.

Next RNS should be around midweek and expected to confirm the longstop extension for the farmout + possibly news on KN-1/2D processing.

Wonder what delights we will see with the SP today, it dropped 1% for every £1000 traded Friday, so just £100,000 of trades needed to bring the Sp to £0 then :0)

Wonder why they did not just RNS on Friday, no legal reason preventing them now they are no longer listed in Ireland. Maybe tomorrow or they will wait till the 31st?

You need volume for a P&D, large movements in SP on 0 volume suggests otherwise.

As good a reason as any, who knows Froggy? It is covered by the already reviewed mining act so any delay should not be the same as the PSA review for Ntorya. In October they were talking about securing off take agreements.

I think we both agree whats good for Tanzania and it's people is good for shareholders . No point having all those huge assets in the ground if you are unable to monetise them for the benefit of all.

All guess work then. Who knows who will be right, certainly the BOD don't seem to know and shareholders less so. Anytime post negotiations with the Majors in September is my best guess at the moment but of course would love to see a pre 31st July licence award. If only!

So the 31st October is just a guess like everyone else then? I thought maybe you has some specific idea or had heard it mentioned to you somewhere? As long as it comes and I don't see that before the LNG negotiations conclude, where surely before committing a spend of $30 bn the majors expect to understand the terms.

As for the possibility of a licence or no licene I thought this was pertenant from the SWALA statement.
