Shareholders and the BOD certainly are not happy with the SP and the huge gap between the NAV on just one asset.
Delivery is the only driver that will shift the SP North and the only point I will add to BD's is that they sound extremely confident on delivering.

Unless the Gov decide to send the suicidal message that their own Petroleum act and laws will not be honoured whilst at the same time looking for a $30bn investment from the O&G majors, it must be as close to 100%. The questions as you say are when and also, what will the new terms be?

All looks a bit silly with a mcap of £24m - less than half another O&G stock on aim that have 0 proven assets and even more so when you consider the $35 + $5 million offer on the table for part of one asset at AEX.

About time the BOD delivered some tangible progress on the other assets!

The sells and buys look about equal (despite all being reported as sells) and the are moving the SP half a % point for every £700 odd traded.

Hope so John. People quite often get excited about news just in time for an AGM but very often there is nothing special to update. In saying that back in March they said they had already screened 15 deals so that will be 5 months ago come the AGM so it's not exactly unreasonable to expect to see some material progress.

Whilst peeps & gurus get excited over a 3.x % rise yesterday and a 3.X% fall today, all that gas is still sitting there, trillions of cubic feet according to the CPR after only 2 wells of a planned 8 and nobody, Tanzania nor it's people, aminex, Solo & shareholders are benefiting all the time the Gov are trying to decide what is a fair share of their national assets, whilst meanwhile demand continues to increase.

Majors are supposed to conclude negotiations next month in the meantime where is the Bods deal delivery and Helium-1 with improved JV management?

Hey Chesh, no inside information just clarification on spend and how they can communicate outside of an RNS on progress etc. There is RNS-Reach + Twitter, both of which are not being used to update shareholders.

Quite agree steve, AGM back end of August, although Big D and I expect some answers to such questions before then.
