Well my theory is the negotiations with the majors are due to complete September for the LNG and the terms, royalties etc will then be rolled into the PSA's
I think the published numbers = a 5% increase overall in benefit of the Government as per the completed contract review.

The two are certainly related as are the new Mining terms, Royalty payments etc. The mining review was completed first as a result of the Arcacia debacle.

2D processing, better late than never, thanks to the reminder from vike I think it was, this was expected at the end of last month.

Well better late than never, I think it was Vike that reminded us all a few weeks ago that the 2D reprocessing was due the end of July as per the AEX ARA.

Thanks prop, been difficult on AIM, the index has not performed well and the trading cycles on shares seems disproportionately skewed to short term trading with some active crews doing the rounds.

Hi Vike, you are not kidding. The LNG individual negotiations, one company at a time have been going on for months, the current phase is joint negotiation to finalise terms next month.

Hi Babel, it shows as an OTC (over the counter trade and not on the exchange) with a MIC of XOFF so a forward contract settlement.

Hi Vike, my reading of it, rightly or wrongly is a little different. The LNG negotiations with the majors include the main terms, including royalties. So in my mind the negotiations with the majors then sets the PSA terms for everyone. I did hear that on individual negotiations Shell and Exxon differed on the acceptance of the increased royalties and the joint negotiations should conclude this point next month along with the other key terms.

I could well be wrong but it seems at least logical, complete the terms with the Majors and roll it out in the PSA terms. The PAET deal was an emergency short term arrangement to meet current demand.
