Thats the current number based on the low ball offer Aminex accepted for Ruvuma steve. I agree it is undervalued and once the farmout is secure with the Zubairs committing around $107 million to the development to production. 3.5p assumes no progress on Kn-1, Helium-1 or a deal (s) by the bod. If all of the above are delivered then you are right and the valuation will be significantly higher.
Basic fair value of 3.5p would be a good start steve and it has a long way to get back there yet. Of course any decent deal by the BOD would expand that number North. I think a 5000 boepd deal is a lot to ask on the bods first deal, 500 to 1000 boepd would be a cracking start but of course very happy if they deliver over and above that :)
Hi Zebbo, they said they have 3 deals in negotiation so we could see, 1, 2 or even all 3 deals completed and according to those at the meeting no dilution required.....Amen to that!

It's up to the Government Mike, none of the companies operating in Tanzania have a clue on the date they are all waiting just like Aminex, example below that I think BG first posted.
Thanks again Stonefold, Kalim has a few interesting comments himself on Twitter.
"First Mover Advantage, @Heliumone1 are not necessary the first in @helium production but they will be the first to produce at significant scale than their competitors!"
Thanks for the info stonefold, Ref the subsurface map, they have reprocessed 2D seismic data (Thanks Neil R for getting an additional 5% of H1 for your services) and completed AGG Airborne Gravity Gardiometry in 2017/2018 along with the soil seep samples.

Morning Mike, it is the next stage as far as I see it. So wait for the next stage to see what the terms are and if all parties finally agree in September on an acceptable Royalties rate amongst others.
