Spot on Paul, pretty much what an independent report/book issued just a few weeks ago detailed and it makes it clear that if Tanzania does not pull it's finger out and develop these assets now then they will lose out to their neighbours who have more friendly investment terms and mpsa/psa terms.

I think that's the point Paul, there is nothing they can do. If Exxon, Shell and Ophir are not getting anywhere and neither are the Zubair corp, solo's BOD flying over there is not going to help in anyway shape or form.

The assets are fully CPR'd as in real, just the Tanz gov farting around with the terms required for development as in the PSA and the MPSA so they can make as much from it as possible.

With a current market cap of only £2 Mill, it looks very vulnerable, even as a cash shell. Now if they completed the CPR then they could go out to the wider market to raise based on asset value.

Apparently they will update us before Christmas according to the response by email from Bigdouble Oldt.

What that update will be remains to be seen. Still hope for some Christmas reading by the fire.

Morning steve, judging by the "This message has been filtered" I assume a lot of negative bile is the response to your 5 year forecast. The BOD's target is 20,000 boepd within 5 years. @$50 a barrel, that's around $1 million gross per day.

Lets see if they get this first one over the line and the initial 2100 boepd for 2020

Thanks, only my opinion, there are peeps on this BB that probably have a much better understanding of the Tilapia legal structure. It is not uncommon for licences to auto renew in Africa pending drill commitment fulfilment.

Depends on if a 25 year licence is granted. If you believe that it will & they can keep the company ticking over with a conventional placing if required whilst they wait then the have till the 18th July 2020 as they hold the Tilapia licence over the discovery till then.

If I remember right, that's where a lot of employees from Beaufort Securities ended up.

I think they said Feb is the expected timeline for IPO OG_Newbie, or rather the new expected timeline might be more accurate.
