I have met the Netherlands Gov over licences though a few months back and like I said before it took longer than expected compared to other Governments such as the UK. Not saying that's the issue here but it would not surprise me.

It all comes down to the consent conditions being met amongst others.

· Regulatory approval in the Netherlands;
· the receipt of appropriate consents and transfer relating to the assets to be acquired;
· the confirmation that no pre-emption rights have been exercised in respect of the Interests, (these three CPs being referred to as the "Consent Conditions")

And not forgetting other external factors like the completion of the CPR's.

Lets see.

You are right Ariel,It will all come when it comes, admission document and the Ruvuma licence....better if the latter comes after re-listing anyway.

I would agree that that's would have been a distinct possibility Ariel, it could also have gone the other way, depending on the opening price.

Either way the advice of Jon Fitzpartick makes more sense to me, suspended to relisting as SCIR.

The RNS does however say differently.

Thanks Ariel, it seems we have conflicting information although if Jon Fitzpatrick and Doug Rycroft have confirmed that suspension remains till the SCIR listing then I would take their word for it and it would make more sense to me.

Hi Ariel, yes from SOLO. I asked them to confirm my interpretation of the below from the RNS.

"Temporary Suspension of Trading

By virtue of its size, and as mentioned above, the Proposed Transaction constitutes a reverse takeover in accordance with Rule 14 of the AIM Rules for Companies. Accordingly, at the request of the Company, the Company's ordinary shares will be suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 07:30 a.m. today and will remain so until either the publication of an AIM Admission Document setting out, inter alia, details of the Proposed Transaction or until confirmation is given that the SPA, and associated discussions, have been terminated."

The shares will be trading as solo between the Admission document and the EGM date as per the response from the company below.

"To confirm, the existing shares would commence trading on publication of the admission document and any placing shares would commence trading post the EGM, assuming all is approved at the EGM."

So December trading could well be on the cards.

Well thanks to the PI's that put their support behind the action group at the time, he is long gone as are all the old management and employees.

New Bod, New Management team, New company, New producing assets. Truly transformational change on the closure of this first deal and a very significant work programme going forward with a lot of drill bit activity.

Going to be a very busy year ahead.
