Certainly hope we are not left waiting much longer, like you say they have had a long time to prepare but as Crusty points out the timing has always been an unknown (did they believe their ultimatum would work?) and it must take time to confirm rig Logistics amongst other things.

As I see it it is a positive development that provides liquidity for SCIR to exit the stock at the appropriate time – but every intention of riding this train through to the drilling catalysts. In addition, regarding the options – it is positively noted that SCIR have the option – but not the obligation to subscribe at this price which clearly has value.

So SCIR will hold and manage this option whilst watching progress. This way they can retain cash now but still benefit from the ability to subscribe at a historically low price at a later date against positive momentum. At $35k it is modest but does demonstrate SCIR’s philosophy of capital discipline – ie why spend it now if they don’t need to.

Don't think an OCM is the issue, drill availability and spud date is a little harder to pin down.

Allows them to get the placing away OG not that the shares will be forward sold ;0)

It's a cracking looking asset with huge potential upside if the drill bit proves it up.

Cant' come soon enough!!! get some action over the asset, thus far it's been a dreadful investment by the old BOD, not because of the assets potential upside, which looks very significant but just lack of delivery and action.

Get the IPO/(RTO) done so that they can finance the drilling.

It's exactly as a pointed out the other day Chris, bad investment by the old BOD in terms of price paid, nice looking asset with high potential upside. Thank god we never let NR spend the other £4million he wanted to blow.

Evening steve, ironic is it not, it's called Helium-1 and they can't get it to float ;0)

A confirmed date for the float what be a good start, concerned about the % retain, cost & value though.
