Placing shares at Helium-1 come in at 2.85p, current AOGL price of 0 .0255 = 5.9p per share @ the 236:1 AOGL shares for each Helium-1 share. Also they are going to 2D infill before they drill, so Q2 more likely for a spud.

A week last Tuesday, that would do :)

Presentation was a slightly updated to the last one with the current placing figures. Looks like they will complete 2D in fill seismic before drilling, so end Q-1 at the very earliest.

I think they would need more than 50% to stop it.

Shareholders here have to approve it first, not that I think there is any doubt the resolutions will be passed Quantum, but as you say the 25th is all systems go date.

Deal is done post EGM resolutions pass.

Would be good if post IPO that those who pledged the other £2.5 million but could not get the placing shares buy on the open market.

If you mean any possible issues during the potential lifetime of the asset, as in sometime between the next drill and FFD then the list is nice and long with everything from World War 3, Pandemic -X to one of the next 6 to 8 wells blowing a great big hole in Tanzania due to the immense gas pressures.

At this stage of the game, a spud date followed by an exciting drill will do.

Aex are carried to production and even beyond to the next 5 wells after C-1

So downside risk is very limited, we already paid with 50% of the asset.

On the risk flipside for the drill, there is also some huge potential upside beyond just the appraisal portion of the drill with the deeper Jurassic target and the elusive oil/1TCF of gas potential.

Bring on the C1 drill!

Very little downside with a $35 mill carry to production, cash must be tight though although there is the outstanding $7.6 mill or part there of owed by the Gov.
I don't see institutions jumping on board when the Zubair corporation hold almost 30% of the shares locked up @1.3p and 50% of the main asset.
