Depends on how the Helium-1 IPO performs and if SCIR drill C-1 over the Ntorya licence.

Base valuation today is $20 million + £600,000 + £1.3 mill shell with £0 upside so around £17 million.

I would value Ntorya at $33 million (£25 million) with Helium-1 IPO @ a conservative £1 million + Shell, so £27 million pre C-1 spud or about 2.7 times current, give or take 20%

I think the potential upside on C-1 far exceeds the drill risk.

Who knows Jp, your choice, funny old trades today, either there is a significant sell about to appear or it is being held back. Had it all, T20's some very low manipulative looking trades for a few £ and lots of buying @ 0.001 held below the full ask.

Either way, Helium-1 IPO and Ruvuma spud to come.

Yep, waiting is painful, after all it's been a whole 2 working days since last RNS on Helium-1 and 11 working days since news on the main asset Ruvuma.
Wonder if they have met yet?

It should get interesting once they publish the Helium One Admission document.

For us at SCIR we could be in for 4 drills Q-1/2 next year, assuming we hear on the OCM and Ruvuma spud date soon.

BG are you suggesting that SCIR have to pay upfront the full $5.5 million for the agreed work programme over the current licence? This is in contradiction to your monthly invoicing you mention below.

They will pay as they are invoiced and have a $5 million facility + $750,000 cash to tide them over, the final invoice for C-1 will be post drill results, the final invoice for NT-2 came in about 6 months after the spud date.

The full agreed work programme, 3D = C1 = $22 million, SCIR's contribution = $5.5 million. SCIR have a $5 million facility + around $1 mill cash.
Not that they are going to need to stump all that up till post drilling and 3D anyway.

Almost ironic stonefold that SCIR that was once solo who JV with Aminex over 2 assets will now hold 4.6% of Helium-1 that is a merger with a company that that once bought an asset from Aminex and spent years and millions not bringing it into production.....

The 4.6% that SCIR will hold is 4.6% of the complete company Helium-1 and not 2.3% highland.

Scirocco holds 21,297,388 shares in Helium One, which following completion of the transaction and based on the minimum raise of £5 million by Helium One, is expected to represent c. 4.6 per cent.

Umm, that about 5.4p per Helium-1 share when you get the 1 Helium-1 share for every 236 AOGL @ 2.84p equivalent.

Morning steve, well good luck. You might be better contacting the broker and buying the placing shares. The SP at AOGL today is 0.022p which is equivalent to 5.19p per helium-1 share @ 236:1 when you can buy them for 2.84p launch price?
