Hi HY, my view is a simple one when it comes to small caps, you can spend hours on detailed analysis, but sentiment and news flow is the lifeblood of AIM and small caps and what largely determines the SP action.

Looks interesting here now, SP way below the placing price, millions in the bank, side track appraisal currently drilling with results in December followed by production from W in Jan.

There is NT-1 and NT-2 to workover + a pipeline to build Killer, none of which is going to happen without the 25 year development licence in place I expect, so drill and cap? Maybe.

Must be an Ambrose/Tanzania type soon, bit like the drill ;0)

As previously reported, over the past 12 months or so, the Company has borrowed US$3 million (the "Advance") and US$2 million (the "Loan") from ARA Petroleum LLC ("ARA"), which sums were to be repaid by means of the US$5 million cash consideration payable on completion of the Farm-Out. The Loan, which was utilised to pay the capital gains tax on the Farm-Out is repayable to ARA upon written demand and the Advance is to be repaid by 30 June 2021.

Separately, again at Aminex's request, ARA has agreed an Additional Funding Agreement ("AFA") whereby ARA will advance up to US$1.97 million to the Company that would otherwise have been payable to the Company as interim period costs under the Farm-Out Agreement. Such advance will allow the Company to consider and pursue alternative options for the Group and its assets. Such advance from ARA will be interest-bearing at a rate of 13.77% per annum and will be repayable upon written demand by ARA.

I expect Post IPO launch on the 4th December Reddit, the current SP here is way above the placing price, so people are likely to wait.

WEN need a large placing to get hold of any of AEX or SCIR assets, out of their league it seems. Still lots of ramping starting up over there and on twitter, normally a precursor in the world of small caps to a placing, so you never know?

Drill bit has talked here, 763 BCF 2C and 2 Trillion cubic feet GIIP for Ruvuma. The drill bit is about to turn again this time over the Helium-1 asset post IPO on the 4th.

The fully carried drill bit will do the talking & you can speculate either way all you like, regardless way we have 2 very good recent valuations for both assets and one of the two might be about to get a decent upgrade and both added together far outweigh the current mcap.

All the time that remain the case it's a buy .

Fair enough. Well, we wont have long to find out on both scores mrc/d. After all SCIR are fully carried for the 2D infill and the next 3 drills over the Rukwa Helium-1 licence area post IPO on December 4th & Ruvuma will either roll for the complete $5.7 or sell for $20 million + per 25%.
