My Thoughts: a key detail in the new mining legislation is the ability of the EMRA to negotiate different terms for each concession - presumably based on the development costs and perceived profitability, etc
Also, there is suddenly a marked increase in the Egyptian gov't focus on the potential of mining to equal and overtake oil/gas revenue, provide a boatload of well paid jobs and put Egypt on the mining investment map globally - which all bodes well for us!
