Calamari, do you have anything to back-up your statement about Rich?
This was posted by Richard on 8th August
'I first invested here in March 2017, first buy was just over 5p. I still have a nice holding, but I had sold down back in April / May from a ever growing holding till that point.'
PS. His name is Richard, not Ken.
Now showing :)
As there are Li batteries on site, under test already, why might more be required?
Anyone care to speculate why ESKOM are tending;
'The supply, delivery and offloading of the batteries as specified. The batteries must be delivered to Eskom Research, Testing and Development Centre, Lower Germiston Road, Rosherville'

The second download contains the battery specs/
Just bumping this thread. Strange that this is not the main topic.
This is everything we have known to be wrong with LI storage and why we all support vrfb's!
You think 800 Mwh across the group??
Alfa, what do you think the future proposal could be? Same duration but an increase power, or an increase in both?
'The project is designed to supply marginally less than 1MVA (999kVA) to the mine for 16 hours per day and allow for off-peak charging from the grid as an initial pilot project for Bushveld Vametco.'
16 hours!! That'd be some demonstration of the capabilities or vrfb's!!!
Invinity are not SA based!?
A couple of things to add.
If AVL have a MOU with Enerox, where does that leave bmn with regards to supply of V to Enerox? Whole world until AVL come online and the drop supply to VSun projects?
This will greatly increase benefication to Australia for Australian project. Although bmn might not supply the V/electrolyte, we still gain via Enerox.
Have posted on twitter that they have signed a MOU with Cellcube for vanadium and electrolyte supply.
Q1 update
'The definitive feasibility study ("DFS") to mine the Main Magnetite Layer based on the assumption that Mokopane will be the primary feedstock supplier to Vanchem. As part of Group's growth associated (non-critical) capital expenditure review, timing for the DFS is now under consideration.'
Issue an RNS about electrolyte production and get a 50% increase in sp!!

My favourite part 'and must be “scalable” with changing capacity requirements'
Anyone know of a storage technology where you can add capacity/power independently of one another??.....
It looks like the draft contract award dates are shown in Appendix 1.
And the reduction in the purchase price for Vanchem and the reduction in costs for our stake in Enerox.
V prices up again.
