Yes , this has been held in the current range for a very long time now. When an offer is made , it is usually so many %tage points above a price for the prevailing months , not sure how many and can't be ass*d to research.
So 20% premium I suspect above the prevailing price of 60p , gives you a takeout of 72p.
That is my take on it , so unless there is a bidding war , unlikely , we ain't gonna get rich here.
I'm pretty convinced this will go private , with management in bed with the buyer.
