People might laugh and I can understand where they are coming from but I still cannot see this sitting sub 3p by the end of the week. It has tested that ground on two occasions in the last two months and both times they have been sold down due to AVIVA nominee clients. People I feel are no longer scared of what AVIVA are doing. The issue going through the mind of potential buyers is why are AVIVA selling? do they know something we don't? What if the management glossing over the update? The reality could well be AVIVA are in no position to hold anymore fact is they are selling elsewhere as well. Secondly how do management gloss over increasing EBIDTA? Fact it is increasing. When was the last time we said to ourselves "I have to be careful with my expenditure" would that not be seen as a sensible thing? or for those who panic a lot more a worry? Updates always welcomed.

My heart goes out to all those who cannot hold for more than another week. You can see potential buyers are holding off till the small sellers are done. I honestly wish I could add but am also holding elsewhere and this has been taking up a lot of time trying to work out direction.

Nesty If we look at this in slow motion for a minute. RNS lands and the ASK was raised to 3.1p. Sells hit because traders see the word AVIVA, and then 5 mins after RNS 500k sell hits so price begin quick drop of around 8-10%. I will put my hand up and say I took a few more but it took time to get them as the price stabilised. This means the MM must have been hit by more demand than supply near the end. Traders will sell short/ medium and long term buyers will buy.

JimPrice 7- The price action throughout today has been completely indicative of this. Buying has consistently gone to NT which points to a shortage of stock. Even into close it was difficult to buy. We may have a big background buyer or simply that demand is outstripping supply in the lead up to transformational results. I gave this a lot of thought tonight and think that there is the possibility of a background buyer but only time and confirmation will prove this. Price moved rapidly back up at the close which means we had takers from 2.7p all the way to close. Interesting day tomorrow.

Rustin Its seems its their Chase (GA Group) Nominees Limited Subsidiary that is selling. I will say its only.....but it is only another 31m to go before they go under 3% and then will only have 30m on the books. To me based on the kind of recent daily volume that will take a week or two to get rid off, and then again only if they feel the need to sell. They have used the forthcoming results to offload. From what I have been looking at it seems they are selling at a few other companies too. Focusing back on HYR - if they have continued the turnaround from the last statement we got then I can see these being absorbed easily.

Seems to me that AVIVA started selling around 11am on 06.04.17. I say that because the price began to spike to around 2.7p. The majority of the sells have been around that price and higher, so this would be a good platform. If you see that the MMs today took the price down to 2.7p before bouncing back off there when they got hit with buyers. Should see normal service resumed once we get a few weak sellers out who cannot stomach the thought that AVIVA could still be selling. Focus should be on what HYR will deliver.

My focus would be what the company is going to deliver very soon. Will it be a continuation of what we saw last year? will be it an improvement on what we have had from the previous trading statement? AVIVA and what it is doing is not connected and anyone who is connecting the two will need to deal with that. To me they are two separate things. In a post from 10th March I said that AVIVA will not sell less than 3p, well I was close! LOL. They have sold into a market where the MM have created the illusion that there is a mad rush for the shares, even allowing to sell at ask price. The focus has to be on HYR and where it is going from here. AVIVA have just another 30,968,331 to sell to take them to 3%. Then its not going to be an issue anymore. At the rate the volume has been going we should be done in a week.

Just looking in and seeing that the limits to buying are getting squeezed down. This could run for a few days.

Nesty What an absolute top post if I may say. I have my own desired profit margin set, but if certain things happen outside of this share in everyday life I would also be happy to extend into the future and what a good example in IRR. This morning I stated that there could be less than 300m actual in free float, maybe even pushing towards 250m. On any forward looking positive the price is anyone's guess. Hope it comes good for you as well.

Royal London Asset Management Ltd I believe still hold 2.94% of the company or 22020688 as stated in a previous RNS from July 2016. That means there is only 350m in free float and from that you can take out another 22m odd. If there are other just sitting under the 3% or hiding, then we could be looking at free float between only 250m and 300m. Remember there is a total 746m but 53% of that is held by directors and significant shareholders. The price of HYR has stagnated since last year but a great amount of development has taken place on many fronts and I have confidence that is going to be the case going forward. I am not going to put a price where this could go to or where it should be, but you can safely safely say it will not be in this area for too long. The slightest inkling that the company is progressing successfully and I am in the firm belief that there will be takers buying. That is because finding a rapidly growing company on AIM is hard to come by and if you can get in at these levels then why not? HYR has had it greatest volume days only recently within Jan 2017.I think the price action of the MM lately confirms there is very little out there. Great forward news plus little free float = ???

53% held by Directors and institutions. Only 350m is out there as free float - even that has got a lot less in the last few weeks. So we are seriously messing with a very small free float. Price will jump on good volume.

There is only 350m in free float the rest of the 53% is held outside of public hands. So even within that 350m free float a lot of that is now in sticky hands. So to the person who said 4p by next year you may want to reconsider. Yes it will snow in the artic at some point during the next 25 years! There is a good chance! LOL

I am glad other feel like me in respect to phoenix and then to single me out for being insulting? My actual thoughts were that the poster has insulted others and if you think 4p is the target by next year you really need to see why its taken 32 years of alleged investing to still be here! 4p was nailed on a month ago and it nearly got there. It was the worry of AVIVA selling that sent us to where we are now. Weapon7 you are right and I thought it was me going bonkers. The market has not woken up to what is potentially possible and maybe as holders that is the best formula. I also think the past is the past and they are now on a better footing going forward so for same poster to bring up past trouble like a fire etc has no bearing on the future. Weapon Its amazing how one poster can through their own fears try and lead others to believe its real! I read through some of phoenixchi previous posts - holder then sold then buys back then sells then maybe bought back? As you its laughable. We all hope this company has continued the turnaround because if it has and there are only 350m (47% of the total) in free float, the price can visit old higher ground very quickly. I am really looking forward to the coming results and its a shame I cannot buy anymore.

Someone buying 2x500k yesterday for an outlay of nearly £25k that tells you someone is confident the results will maybe not just deliver, but over deliver! Everyday we see a trade go in after hours which make me feel it could be the same buyer or someone is certainly using the quiet time to accumulate a small stake. I personally want to add but lack of funds preventing that.

Rustin Cohle I may have disagreed with you in the past on AVIVA's position but that is a very good informative post, so thank you. I looked at the position of the chart last night and have to say this is geraing up nicely possibly into next week to test back around 3p before any news. Hand on heart I honestly cannot get my head around why anyone is selling now, but they have their reasons. This a quiet one, and soon it will not be if the directors deliver.

Nastid thank you for that. A lot to go on. I do feel this is getting rerated as we speak. Price has tested this area and should now move on to attack 3p minimum this week.

LaVacheFolle Do you have a links (old) that may show any figures? If not thanks. Last figures of litres sold was 33m. That would mean around £8-£10m in sales. This must mean that there is a constant underlying profit now. Sleeping giant?

LaVacheFolle Any idea what the price per litre is? I have tried to get this figure from the company but no one seems to ring me back? Anyone have a figure or a historical figure?
