I quite agree with you. I think a lot have sold and not realised what they have done and this is a wake up call. Presto think he said he sold around 2m last week? Why!!! its helps to be able to read things like this. I sent out to a select few what has been happening on this for the last 5 years, and looked like a rembrandt! Price, Volume, ACCUMULATION!! It was all there in black and white what was coming.

Presto we could get a price of 6p as example, (lets work on this then say 3p). This would mean we only have to issue 100m shares rather than 200m shares at 3p. Either way we raise £6m and clear down debt to Eufingest. they are happy and we are clear of debt. Think about it, since we are at nonminal value only 0.25p, we would be to only raise £250k worth of shares (50% of our authorised allowance). Has anyone guessed yet? YES! the perfectly timed RNS on Friday to say we are going after the land again. So assuming we get the land we get pure profits down the road.

A lot of people will be scrambling to buy back or in, and a lot of posters being negative tonight have just proved it.

Bondholder Meeting

Clear Leisure (AIM:CLP) wishes to notify that it has written to the holders of the �9.9m Bonds (the Bonds) calling a meeting at 10.00 am on Wednesday 29 August 2018, at the Companys registered office seeking Bondholders approval to amend the conversion price of the Bonds as follows (the Proposal);

The wording:

The Conversion Price means an amount equal to not less than 20 per cent and not more than 60 per cent of the Companys reasonable assessment of average closing mid-market price for the Shares on AIM in the ten working days immediately prior to the date upon which the Conversion Notice is despatched.

shall be replaced by the wording:

The Conversion Price means an amount equal to not less than 125 per cent and not more than 500 per cent of the Companys reasonable assessment of average closing mid-market price for the Shares on AIM in the ten working days immediately prior to the date upon which the Conversion Notice is despatched converted from sterling into euros at the Company's reasonable assessment of the mid-market exchange rate on that date.

All Bondholders are entitled to vote on the Proposal. Eufingest SA ("Eufingest"), which holds approximately 43.48% of the Bonds, has confirmed to the Company that it intends to vote in favour of the Proposal.

Eufingest is a substantial shareholder of the Companys issued share capital as defined by the AIM Rules for Companies, therefore the Proposal is a related party transaction pursuant to AIM Rule 13 of the AIM Rules for Companies. The directors of Clear Leisure, having consulted with its nominated adviser, consider that the Proposal is fair and reasonable insofar as its shareholders are concerned.

The Bondholders' meeting requires a quorum of 75% of the Bondholders. If the meeting is inquorate, it will be adjourned to 12 September 2018 at which time any number of Bondholders will represent a valid quorum.

Bondholders who wish to vote and whose Bonds are held in the name of a broker, dealer, commercial bank, trust company or other nominee institution (including as CDIs) must contact such nominee promptly and instruct or make arrangements with such nominee to vote in accordance with the customary procedures of the clearing systems on behalf of the bondholders. Proxies are due no later than 10.00 am on 28 August 2018.

MK you are in queuing sequence. First come first served, and you have just confirmed there is a build of orders which still need to be executed if yours was not done. Question is why the MM was unable to meet buys but was happy to take all those sells ?(marked in blue: see my post on Friday). There is another clue for others to what is coming.

the land was assigned to them, so they never believed that an auction would be held. If I own my car why would I want to bid for it? That would prove legally you don't actually believe it was yours in the first place if you then proceed to bid for it.

How do you know BTW the land has no planning permission. Has that been stated any where? As for hands being greased - that is happening everywhere including here. I have seen openly how money is taken from ordinary people illegally - Its called TV licence, its called council tax, its called.......fill in the dots!

On another note mate.

Last year they announced news on BTC mining and the price spiked and fell back to the near the initial rise. A couple of weeks later they posted a profitable interims, and the price spiked again and then fell back. I want someone to convince me this was not manipulated by an accumulator. I will not say anymore on it as I don't want spoil the poor accumulators tactics. They are after all helping those in for the longer haul and not the 10%'ers.

I did a comparison on price volume and accumulation phases over the last 5 years. I am not prepared to stick those figures on here simply because its all in play right now and I want to make sure I have this nailed correct. I will say this is safe ground whichever you see it, and certainly the accumulator has always been buying here, but the problem they have is others have sussed the game and are also buying stock which is becoming more scarce each day. If you watch today as an example, where were all the buys? Not one significant buy! So the MM has a bit of room to drop it, but there is where the problem begins for our accumulator. Its like a crocodile den, with a first come first serve frenzy.

You certainly are not missing anything because I have a similar share price as base of around 1.1-1.2p to start with. This price currently is beyond moronic, but its where the accumulator wanted it. They have been doing this time and time again but the majority whinge and get emotional on RNS news, so how can they even work out basics? They are blind to what has been happening.

I went from concern on price last night to big smug smile now you what has been happening. The end game is getting nearer and nearer, and a lot of people are going to sell at a silly levels. What is a silly level? anything below 1.6p.

I see a lot of emotional posts clouding proper judgement tonight. If this is what you feel about the RNS today then there really not much more to say. If they sell the land in auction its bad news. If they get the land assigned its bad news!

Did anyone even bother to see how the trades swung today?

Appeal against Result of Mediapolis Land Auction

Further to the Companys announcement dated 26 July 2018 the board of Clear Leisure Plc (AIM: CLP) announces that the Company has filed an appeal against the result of the auction and the decision of the auctioneer to reject the Companys request to have the land assigned.

The Companys Italian lawyers, having received a copy of the minutes of the auction and the reasoning on which the auctioneers decision to reject the assignment request was based, have advised that the decision and the result of the auction can be challenged.

The Company will issue further updates in due course.

Is it possible that the MM here in CLP have gone short thinking CLP would never see light of day? and that they were hoping for a cart loads of shares through placings to close out positions? FG has been very prudent when it comes to placings, and is not treating CLP like other confetti AIM set ups.

I can only theorize that the behaviour we see does go some way to point to that. Even the data backs it up, but its only theory. If I am correct God help them if CLP were approaced for an RTO or something else. They will be fried.

I agree one thing. If this does not close back to evens by tonight, then technically we are done. No amount of watching TA makes any difference. After the close of last night, fine we needed a confirmation in the next session, but what we have now is a test of retracement levels, and drop the size we have had over the days you would expect from a company giving out a profit warning. close to 40% from recent top? naah definitely no manipulation going on here!

3. Is it technically sound? Up to last night it was moving that way.

The market has a motive and we unaware of what that is. It seems markets are not based on potential earnings, business won, or money coming, rather that a broker has missed out on a placing so they take it out on the PIs, short position needs covering or any other issue unrelated to actually the main supply and demand. Its like a ref awarding a goal simply because he feels like doing it, even if it is outside normal rules - because they can.

There is a point where you go beyond where it becomes fun simply to watch what exactly the motive is. We are seeing it right now. This is nothing to do with CLP right now.

All the clues if people know where to look are out there and it is seriously under priced even now. Confident to where it will end up. Would not have sold up elsewhere if I did not believe.

No sold up and moved into here Presto. They were free anyway from last year's rise. Best of luck to you. No doubt after suspension will reassess.
