I am out at the minute and not near PC so doing this on old phone. It was me who posted regarding CLP. I will repost that tonight again. However I agree with BTB that these clowns are using scare tactics and don't have an ounce of professionalism in them. We are by the looks of it getting the odd poster now appearing spreading doom and gloom or saying they are selling. I hope they do but I dont believe they are holders in the first place. Staying with this regardless and nothing will ever come close to thr pain I felt at another stock. This is not even close. Oh and that one 10 bagged after suspension was lifted and threat of administration. So PSL comes no where near.

Seen this last week and now seen it this week. Some one placed a 13,497,158 trade this morning but just over an our ago sold it for a loss. The same thing happened last week on a trade of just over 15m? They bought and sold within the hour. No idea but this is taking trading to another level. LOL

Noticed a few placing announcements this morning, and with that you may get sellers who come back in here. I say come back as I noticed last week as soon KDNC moved up the price here dropped and there was plenty of sells. Now it looks like the other way around.

No mate they give you option to say for and against. Click FOR the resolution. However there is a small sentence in blue click on that and add additional information. Graphite kindly added a post yesterday and you need to really copy and paste the first section as it only allows you up to 500 words. So long as you make them aware in that section you will be fine. Just to take note that photonstas share their registered office within the same building as Peterhouse and Glendhow our 6% shareholder. It must be temporary till potential RTO but Peterhouse covering all bases.

Thanks to our good friend RKB who has decided to take a break from the BB but gave me the following direction and to share on the BB. RKB and myself hold investment in CLP who early last year 2018 had Peterhouse as their brokers. Peterhouse were trying to get in on a placing and would have diluted CLP for a lot more at a rock bottom price as they (CLP) needed to raise funds. When they were told this was not happening and that they were not to be included in the placing they duly ‘resigned.’! Here is the RNS

Resignation of Broker

The board of Clear Leisure (AIM: CLP) announces that it has received notice
from Peterhouse Corporate Finance of its resignation as joint broker to the
Company, with immediate effect.

SP Angel Corporate Finance is now sole broker and continues to act as the
Company's nominated adviser.

They have shown quite clearly what they are doing here and they need to be brought to account on it and quickly. I urge investors not to agree to resolutions 1 and 4.

If Peterhouse are still holding the previous placing shares then they have muscle, but I doubt they are and have realised from this morning that they will be struggling to get the conditional placing the way they want.

I voted FOR the resolutions, HOWEVER in the further notes or additional info section I wrote that I am voting against resolutions 1&4 and in favour of resolutions 2&3. I have added also to support all other resolutions herewith. Signed it off with my name as well.

The real danger for Peterhouse now is that the cat is out of the bag and the conditional placing is in danger. REAL danger of failing. If they have forward sold which looks more and more likely then they are going to need to act fast. Like 8am tomorrow fast! One problem to add is that since others know it, then they will be buying too, to further inflict pain on the proposed conditional placing. Personally think that will be doomed based on findings tonight. More to follow tomorrow.

Feel a scene out of Trading Places will be happening here this week, when Randolph and Mortimer's stooge on the floor got mobbed by the herd, when trying to buy back stock. I said earlier that forward selling is or has been happening here, in the anticipation they can cover from another placing.

The more people voting against resolution 1 and 4 the better.

FCA turn a blind eye as this is unregulated. They will allow these guys to give you free drinks and sandwiches, while you play. If you make too much they make sure a speeding ticket gets issued, and you get back to square one. If you are not making enough its because the likes beaufort and peterhouse are! They then take your hard earned cash and invest it in the regulated market, you know the one that looks after the VIPS. Any Casino on the strip runs the same rules.

I am counting the cards and a few aces here have gone missing from the pack. I am sure they will turn up this week when the volume some how miraculously reappears because the 'ace investors' put them back on the quiet.

The more I think about this and the actions of the recent volume tells me there has been a concerted effort to get those shares forward sold and hence why the price has been dropped to here and now they want to try and issue a shed load more! No chance.

Expect the price to adjust upwards when the market cottons on.

Have these guys forward sold shares yet not released? If so I expect the market to be very volatile going upwards from next week.

Graphite sending message now to all holders that I know off and explaining why I have voted for resolutions 2 and 3 and voted against 1 and 4. Everyone free to do as they please but I have explained my reasoning to them. Hopefully they will see sense too.

hhmm BTB now it makes sense why they went from 2 warrant for every placing share to suddenly 1 warrant to each 2 placing shares. The ordinary holder needs to step up now and show they are not as dumb as they are made to look.

Jace I would say be very weary of anyone who comes on these BBs from this point trying to put a veil over readers eyes and tell them we need to get all resolutions passed. That is rubbish. I am totally on board with what Graphite has said and will be voting likewise as they have mentioned.

BTB I would say that 0.1p or close to would be a better placing price.

You are right jace86. So many other stocks got hit as well, just looking at their trading patterns. On another site had a poster on PSL thread peddling KSNC, so it will payback today and tomorrow on that thread.

It never even flinched. It was absorbed. As I type a 10m sold as well and even then the bid remains strong. I agree trend is very favourable.

As I type yet another 100m sell absorbed. This looks like it is moving upwards from here in decent increments.
