Clueless 1 I would expect a spike when and if the news is positive. But investors will need to be quick to take advantage, as I would expect the market to be flooded with sellers. A similar thing happened with Harl and it was all over in 2 hours. Some people made a lot of money but the investors who hoped the share price would remain stable are now deep underwater.

Big drop in revenue and profits. Sub 900 on it’s way.

The lack of trades following the RNS says it all! Loyal shareholders who have been with them for years stand to lose a lot of money. when they eventually pay 4.5p per share to take it private they will probably make a fortune for themselves.

In the event that Completion does not occur by the Longstop Date or the Subscription Agreement is otherwise terminated, the Company shall repay the Prepayment Amount plus accrued interest (calculated at a 10% annual interest rate applied from the date when the Prepayment is received) on or before the date falling 90 days after the termination of the Subscription Agreement (the "Repayment Date"). If the Company is unable to repay the Prepayment Amount on the Repayment Date, an additional 2% annual interest rate shall apply and Xinmao shall have the right but not the obligation by serving notice to the Company (the "Conversion Notice") to elect to convert part or all of the outstanding Prepayment Amount plus accrued interest into new ordinary shares in Kodal at a price per share which is the lower of: (i) 85% of the mid-market closing price of the Kodal's ordinary shares on the business day immediately prior to the date on which the Conversion Notice is received by the Company; and (ii) 85% of the VWAP for the 20 consecutive business days immediately prior to the date on which the Conversion Notice is issued by Hainan.

The problem is, if they don’t have any good news I suspect there won’t be a RNS. Investors will have to guesstimate whether the SP is gonna go up or down.

Just realised, it’s the reduction in inflation figures. Most builders have risen this morning.

Jockosjungle, last year they were asking people if they wanted a drink. If they said no the waiters put a paper coaster on the table to indicate to other waiters you’d been asked. This ensured you didn’t keep getting asked if you wanted a drink. I assume that practice has ceased then?

CCl has always been a volatile share and in my view always will be. CCL has a large following in the USA and our SP is largely dictated by the S&P 500. I buy and sell CCL shares regularly and usually manage to make a profit. I recently purchased during a dip at 1105and sold at 1324. I’ve just bought back in as I think we will see a run back to around 1400 or 1500 on the back of the analysts Jeffrey’s upgrade to $25. That’s just my view. Dyor. Gla.

Having been invested in this company for sometime. I stuck with them as I had faith and a desire to develop the company. I am underwater now and feel let down and abandoned by them. I guess the lesson is never invest in an aim company.
