Also no news on them taking their shares for October and November?

of Tomco some weeks ago and the latest RNS's do not make great reading why the SP rise please? Very pleased for all those still involved.

Amur need to give 2 weeks notice so would expect it will be in December now as running out of November?

TDT i know that but they still take a nice salary for doing what? As chairman does that role not involve making sure things happen as they are supposed to? Would that not have included making sure the PFS was completed when stated?

Seems to be getting all the flack and possibly/probably he deserves it?
But what are the other BOD doing? Don't seem to see what Schaefer/Savage etc are contributing for their salaries?

I looked at one once for a mining company cannot remember the name but it was over 400 pages long and gave up after the first 25 bloody dull but full of important info if you are in the trade or responsible for lending money to the miner!
RY will not have enjoyed compiling it if it is he who is doing the work?

The big question is why have Riverfort stopped selling and taking the shares they are entitled too? It could be 2 months if they do not take them in November?
AGM notice must be due soon as it needs to be in December at the latest and minimum of 2 weeks notice must be given, i think the PFS will be available before this happens otherwise poor old RY could be facing a backlash from PI's

Joebass you have hit the nail on the head about a 'smart and savvy' board. Do we currently have that in place not so sure or why has our chairman not been kicking RY around the boardroom in frustration at the PFS not being released?
Riverfort can they allow AMC to fail with the money they have invested doubt it? Currently they are making good profits from selling their shares they will want this to continue in my eyes?

The real answer of course is how big will our NPV be when the PFS is released $1billion?

Have you ever been to one of these industry style conferences? They are just a place to meet old colleagues and friends other than that nowt much happens... or am i just being cynical. Talking of which where is the PFS?
