AMC can only RNS when they get told by Riverfort of the conversion i presume they must have sold the first lot very quickly 2 million sell over last week or so. then rec'd another on Monday?

Riverfort will be selling heavily over next few days/weeks? Or perhaps they are aware of the impending news?

Do we think Riverfort have just cleared a huge junk of their shares?

explain why the rise today not complaining as in at 1.10 some time ago? I just cannot see any news to lead to a 34% rise in SP? Potential is greatbut would like to see some hard news.

you may have hit the nail on the head as RY will come under some pressure to explain why the SP is where it is and all the missed deadlines.
