To some degree I agree with Sang, in that so many times I've heard "The Yanks are Coming" and it has presaged a drop.
The main thing is the company and what's in the pipeline.
In this case, I believe in the company, and think it has huge potential. I happened across the RNS as soon as it came out, and have topped up at 133 or so. $d is one of my larger holdings.
The price may or may not shoot up over next two weeks, but over the year I expect a substantial rise; and in addition I believe in the product. I think we need to work with the microbiome not against it. And I say that as a medial professional.

Looks good deal to me - I bought in last year when seemed undervalued and likely at some point to recover strongly - my opinion only, not advice, obviously - I'm going to take up my share and some more if they will let me

The job of the BOD is to grow the company and through this they provide medium-long term value for shareholders.
It's not their aim or responsibility to make money for the 10% day traders.
If you're disappointed you didn't buy in at super low prices, well that's life.
But to expect it to continue to double every few days...grow up

Retail investors are not their prime concern.
I don't pretend to understand the bookbuilding process etc, but presume there's a reason it's all done quickly with the institutions, and we just have to fall into line.
I guess you just have to keep money in your bank account, get the PB app with notifications turned on, and look at your phone 5-6pm each day, especially start of the week.
Ones like ARB are essentially free money. No scaling back there either. Wish I'd had more in my bank account

I derisked a little last night - got lucky with my limit order and sold half my holding at 30.6
Planned to buy back in this am as fairly sure there would be a pull-back, temporarily at least. Set my limit for 24, then lost my nerve this am and bought at 27p
Still happy - confident this will rise, and would rather have paid 27p than seen it accelerate away again today before I bought back in

Since I first bought into this I too have been dreaming of ridiculous profits for doing very little other than sitting on my hands (which can, however, be difficult, as we all know).
I was fortunate enough to buy at the bottom and at one point this was about 25% of my portfolio, somewhat less now that it has dropped back - like the rest of you I've taken advantage of the fall to top up, though have sold some of these to fund more speculative ventures.
I like the EQT / SYME risk mix - EQT almost certainly going to increase significantly from here; SYME could go big or go bust. I'm in SYME too but only a few percentage points

But in general, employees exercising options is positive, and I think that good news isn't far away

What do you think about a tie-up with someone like SENS, offering reading of your LFT with greater accuracy than the naked eye and presumably could be linked to a verifiable App.
Still plenty of room for abuse / manipulation of course, but I've beengiving it some thought.
