Junior miners20 Mar 2018 16:46
I really don't understand why some people invest in junior miners, every exploration target is years from production, here we have 4 key assets: -
1. Cobre - Its a give me, it has next to no overheads, producing a steady income, yes there is a lack of certainty over its longevity, but that applies to every mining operation.
2. LCCM - Its a small mining operation, that will be in production within 12 months, yes we need more detail on it, but I don't see any real issues.
3. Redmoor - Its a medium term play, constantly increasing the asset value, with each drilling phase, with a PFS in 2019, at that point it will have tangible asset value. One thing the directors could do is commission a PEA, which would put some meat on the bones, although for the sake of patience, it could be spending money for no real benefit.
4. CARE - I'm completely confused why some posters see this as trumping Redmoor, its highly speculative, and at present nothing more than a prospect, its potentially a long term play, unless we strike massive grades in early exploration and sell it off.
