We're also in a position today where anyone who bought shares in November/December when the price was down at 1.25 are currently looking at a 30% gain, potentially giving a tidy trading profit.

1. Cobre Results - due any day, probably this week.
2. Hanns Camp Magnetic Surveys, results due any day, I would certainly expect them by the end of month.
3. Leigh Creek Diamond Drilling Results, again by the end of the month.
4. Redmoor final assay results, yet again by the end of the month - I'm reckoning next week.

Apparently NAE have several parties interested in purchasing Lochinavar off of them, with the intention of using the funds to progress Redmoor and Otago.

Hey there Tarry, fortunately in Cornwall it something that's quite run of the mill. South Crofty is fully permitted located slap bang in the middle of the most populous area of Cornwall, the nearest residential property is about 20m away from the main production shaft, with around 10000 residential properties on top of the working area. The permit was issued by Cornwall Council in 2013.

The working area is likely to be a few hundred metres west of the main settlement, there will be tight controls on vibration - easily managed with delay detonators and noise, typically 45 db at the nearest receptor.

With the current shambles going on in government, nobody is investing, it's no reflection on the company.

If Leigh Creek goes to plan, this Christmas could be SML's last Christmas on AIM, although its more likely that it will be next Christmas.

With regards to Redmoor, they already have a very good idea of what the upgrade is going to be. They basically have a Micromine model, that they input every result as they get it, which provides a real time model of the reserve.

They will have a complete model the day they receive the last results, once its been checked, audited and signed off by the competent person they can release it to the market. I reckon 4-6 weeks after the last results.

It's amusing for sure, they don't understand the roads, the planning issues or the ore body. (To be fair it only a couple of them). Toll treatment has been tried in Cornwall with no real success, as the ore bodies are so different over a short distance. Where it works is where you have multiple mines working the same massive ore body. From what I've seen Drakelands and Redmoor are chalk and cheese, plus Drakelands isn't a particularly good plant anyway - in fact it's rubbish!

It's a guesstimate based on the information coming out, until we see an updated resource model it's hard to put a real estimate on it, but I think it will be around that figure

Once Redmoor has a PFS, it then has a valuation and can be considered a real asset. If say it had an NPV of £300 million, it would be reasonable to assign a valuation of a 1/3 of that on the balance sheet, which would value our share at £50million or 2.5 x our current market cap - that should see the share price at around 4.5p without any other developments (current share price x 3.5)

Personally I'm looking forward to next week's interview, having seen James give a presentation last year, it's likely to be very technical, but he can put a lot of colour on the significance of the drilling to date. It's not often you see geologists as excited as these guys.

It's a steeply dipping ore body that startsabout 200m below surface, 750m it's not a problem. If you were mining a flat ore body at 750m it's a different issue.

Absolutely, I have no issue at all with people trading, it's a strategy that can work. What I struggle with is people investing who somehow think you can build a mine without major finance, which inevitably means a level of dilution.

I've been following the NAE hotcopper board for a few weeks. Up until last night, the Australian investors didn't seem to really understand why they were playing around in Cornwall. Last night that view changed, which is why the NAE share price went up.

This morning we've learnt a few things from firstly that we own 50% of what is potentially the greatest tin tungsten deposit currently known all the way to some British Shareholders really don't understand what they are investing in.

As I said this is potentially the best Tin Tungsten prospect anywhere in the world, to now turn this into a mine is likely to cst in the region of £120 - £150 million pounds. I think we could be looking at a 15MT deposit grading over 1% - at least £3 Billion contained metal value. This is going to take time and money and it is not going to be funded by Cobre or Leigh Creek in its current form, that means there is going to need to be a significant equity or debt capital raise. Our current Market Cap is tiny compared to the potential value of this asset. To realise this potential, we are going to have to share the love - I would rather own a smaller percentage of a producing mine than a larger percentage of a load of drill core, which is ultimately worth nothing - if anyone doesn't understand this, I would politely suggest that they should consider whether investing in junior miners is an investment strategy that meets their expectations.
