Add the 9.5 p cash you receive, this then adds to approx 1.41 . The same amount as you paid so no extra cash unless the Anglo share sp goes up

If you buy 1 Cey at 1.41 then hold till take over

You have in dollar value $1.66 which in pounds is about £1.32

Falcon , the price you are paying , ie 137 p includes the 9 p , you will get paid 9 p ish and the Anglo share equivalent worth is 128 p

Deal offered was based 163 p but gonna be less

I voted against but sold out last week at 1.70 so doubtful it actually counted. I never wanted a share in dollars as watching the exchange rate as well as SP was not something I wanted to do . 60 next year so happy with my exit price. Sotolo, in my head I’m thinking I’m out at 163 ( for obvious reasons) I don’t particularly want shares in dollars . I’ve been tempted at 1,58 but the loss of not selling in the 2.30 range means I need to hit my theoretical target of 1.63 before I sell . Been in years , so looking forward to cashing in . Been a bumpy and scary ride , buts divis been good and final result will be a good return

I got 66 % my shares in Halifax , rest with AJ B ell but I haven’t received any formal communication about voting . Anyone else not received anything from of these companies ?
