The increase in gold price has saved the SP , would be worse without it , Anglo SP done nowt either

Been in here years , from 8 p to 0.60 p , got over 3 m shares . The mine literally is a gold mine if we can get it functioning. The many false dawns can make you think negatively but surely this is the time ? I guess none of us understand the environment where the mine is etc but if it goes past October 24 with no sign off , we know what will come next

The up coming results will be great , better than previous years and SP is falling , no reason whatsoever.

Dollar losing against the pound ain’t helping us , Anglo share price not done owt owt positive since the deal or with large gold price increase

Based on the current Anglo share price of 26.95 and an exchange rate of 1.298 and we get 0.06983 of a share per cey share then the CEY share price is £1.450. Plus the 12.5 cents per share in cash gets you another 9.63 p totalling £154.63 per share . That what we would get if the deal happened tonight .

question - why isn’t the share price this value when that is what you will get today

Statement - the deal is currently worse than any any stated £.1.63 but by selling out today you must think it’s gonna get worse ?

Surely they don’t get these ? , award is based on performance and are not awarded till 2027 and must be an employee . Don’t these bloody expire as they have chosen to sell the company , it shouldn’t hasten the payment ?

The total lack of share purchases by Horgan is truly shocking and has been a red flag for many shareholders. I’ve been a long time shareholder and to be sold so meekly is disappointing . My big concern is that the Anglo share is manipulated down I;the short term and the 163 p ( which hasn’t been an actual reality yet ) will look a more like 145 p

not a criticism mr tibbs but initially you did endorse his appointment but that ****** has spent nigh on zero cash buying shares and has added minimal value

Thanks Bob , having approval from the bigger shareholders would be illegal but we aren’t daft I’m sure they have tested the water.

Hoping for a counter offer but I reckon directors get approval of the deal from the major share holders first before announcing so will go through

Just wrote a long diatribe about Horgan but iPad played up and lost it , not writing it again but basically he is useless and insipid as a leader and promoter of the business . Thank god gold is so high otherwise the share would be tanking

Admittedly I do not know to what level of employee the bonus is being paid but hopefully to all levels and they come as a welcome surprise .

I saw the Tony brewer shares sales and thought ffs ! Headlam posted poor results and we do this !,,, however I have it on good authority that Tony sold the shares so he could give all his employees a bonus whilst not affecting likewise numbers . A great gesture and the reason why he has been able to build such a strong team that will continue its path of increased revenue and market capture
