Thanks William , the leasehold charges surely aren’t classified as a current debt like a bank loan ? I doubt they factor their invoices unless with specific dodgy business. Certainly dont with a business I know who purchase a fair bit from likewise

I agree most shares drop below the placing price but the ancillary news in respect of funding may cushion the drop in share price . It may not but who knows. The share price, one would suspect, has to move up to reflect the true value of the company
