Florida,
Exactly how was I lean with the truth?
I know exactly what these boards are for but they get used & abused for casting doubt and creating fear. I've invested for years. I don't need to post or read these boards in order to ascertain whether to make an investment or to sell an investment. I know a lot people do and fall for that, hence my objection to the constant drip of negativity.
In terms of nobody ignoring what gets said on these boards, it's not about ignoring it's about filtering out the nonsense and not allowing the abuse to alter your thoughts on your investment. Easier said than done for those who rely on these boards.
In terms of no company being immune to things going wrong I actually already knew that, (every man and his dog does) I've always known that. You will have probably noted I bought in during a pandemic, when the market was down all over? The reason I done that was I knew things can go wrong and then things can improve again and sometimes things can be better than ever when the market recovers and certain sectors become hot. Like YGEN's sector.
As far as rose tinted clouds go, you're once again making the assumption that I wouldn't be able to see a change of direction and would therefore rely on someone like Twix to assist me? No, No and No again. You are simply wrong. I bought in here based on my research, not twix's not your, not anyone's. I will decide when change has come and if it's within my limits of risk. That's not going to change regardless how ever high you hold twix's input.
The viaoligy days might well have been a learning curve for you. That's fine. I learnt the hard way a long time ago but we take away different lessons from these experiences and mine is to listen to myself and not to online aliases pretending to be something they aren't. That's the biggest lessen anyone can take. Know what you've invested in and how much you're willing to lose should it go belly up.
