fair enough. I've not seen many call out the shoddy behaviour hence why I have done so.
In terms of calling out the company, it would be better to contact them directly otherwise it's rather like farting in the wind.
if PR is a genuine issue for you then ask them if they have a plan in place to improve this and if not then you can decide how you want to play it. If more people done that it would save us all a lot of hassle in terms of having investors who don't view these things as important to their investment case.
Personally, I don't care about the PR. Granted it works when spun positively which is the nature of PR but 9 times out of 10 it's short term and sets you up for a fall as there is always unforeseen items in business.
Facts and figures is what counts and these take time to materialise after a period of transition & even more so with a buy and build like Ygen.
I was invested in Castleton tech and MXCP (Both buy and build) when both were considered on their back sides, poor PR and priced to fail. I made 6 figure sums between both and it had nothing to do with PR. It was non existent but facts and figures prevailed.
