how many player are on the high street, Tui, First Choice... then, amazingly, there are still independents... so there is definitely still a place on the high street...

...the thing with the high street is that is people think it cannot be solved... ever since Tony Blair turned to Mary Portus and said 'Mary Mary, please help us', and Mary's answer was street parties... pathetic... this mind set has been believed and it hasn't been questioned... there are things that can be done, but that is another conversation...

it looks like they had a concept store idea was in motion but l don't think my Thomas Cook looks like that, it is stuck behind a single door which isn't in it's self inviting...

Hi E_AL, support held today and tomorrow will be the telling of this stock... when the Sp comes down like it has, and it if can find support, then there is still a process to turn the price around, unless it brought back sharply which this is not; that is why we see round bottoms to markets where the interchange of buyers and sellers changes...

on another note, l could see Thomas Cook and Saga getting into bed together and raising money that way, as well as redefining retails space as show rooms to combat rival online sales with a new buying experience... the high street is waiting to be owned and Thomas Cook is already there...

Q, why could the price not break lower for a sustained period...

hasn't dilution been price in at this level and therefore the floor of the SP was found... l think this was the SP's darkest hour and the SP is trading on the survival of the of TCG...

Hi HopeSo, what l am talking about is a step by step ladder of challenges of the SP... each step will tell the story of the strength in the SP, l think the only thing that can be said at the moment is that the SP reacted at a level that indicates support over the previous lows which can hopefully build into something sustainable... new informations is what is ultimately needed to drive the SP...

l think that will be old man disease...

E_AL, l think what recent news indicates it that there are options and there will be options, so for these reasons l do see the SP recovering to a sustainable level where the market can make up it's mind...

hopefully E_AL, the 14p spike was a challenge on the down trend and wasn't part of it... yes l think the price will get back to the 9p - 10p range where it will again build energy to challenge it again... next resistance 7.349

@E_AL, to be fair they have been lousy until today, good support where we touched off today, and for me it would be finishing above the 20 Day MA... As the blue line down trend on my chart l posted comes down it will come into range for another challenge at an easier level...

@E-AL.. the 100 MA on the 2 hour is quite interesting, many good touches...

@illbetabuck, there is one critical metric 'risk of bankrupcy within the next 2 year' , but the others are not critical, Qulitiy, Value, Stock Rank (TM), Health Trend, Stockrank style... they don't recommended it only to trade or to gamble... l think that would be a fair summary without blatantly stealing their information and publishing it on a public forum...
