sailaway, is the bed when you cant just transfer shares into an isa ,you have to sell them and then with the actual cash value top your isa up then use the money in isa to then buy shares , that is what i was told by jarvis so i asummed that is correct so i went along with it ,i dont see why a declaration of the value of your share cant be made and just transfer them in at that price on the day ,but i suppose that is open to tax swerving if you know how
