i have now been without a landline for 2 weeks ,everything is automated ,even the fault finding is faulty ,the track a fault is duff it tells me there is no fault on my account ,even after i bypassed the automation by pressing 5 to state why i was leaving bt ,i got to speak to a HUMAN who gave me a fault no , since then i have had 3 text messages ,1,telling me my fault would be delt with by last week end , plus two more ,sorry its taking longer than expected ,and we have more work to do than expected if you have a problem use the chat or fault tracker ,so fault tracker still same [no fault] and chat room takes you to auto system to report afault , the real stupid thing about the printed report a fault tells you to text phone to etc be aware your mobile provider may charge you for this , bt is encouraging us to use other providers to report faults on bt systems you couldnt make it up

i was hoping for 2.5p by today ,dam haps next week ,xmas comes but once ayear
