all this garbage about bonus workrelated performance kack , one very large building /co i worked in the top brass and a few lickers always got bigger etc the work force which got a percentage so the less you earnt the less you got etc ,to the point that the fire safety system was you could only enter or leave the building by taking or handing in your numbered tally not a time clock , but because the bosses always went for a liquid lunch they made the system an ass so at lunch time no tallies had to be handed in , so miffed about the bonus system those that were due to work until 5pm gave there tallies to those that had to work until 9pm , but after 5pm the fire peeps went home those that were to work till 9pm were supposed to keep there tallies and just show it as they walked in in the morning ,so the 5pm workers left and went home lunch time and the 9pm workers handed in the 5pm workers tallies at 5pm and went home , the bosses to drunk or had even gone home never new for several years until some one pi55ed off on retirement getting a watch , revealed all ,as no one had been promoted during his service because the sons and daughters of the top knobs always got the jobs so bonuses keep a happy and loyal work force does it ?

lti yes i have woke up again "without staff no business "..... with out shareholders or savers[who also are getting next to no return] ,no money to lend out ,no business no staff and of course no bonus ...................................and no i wont be selling up on tuesday , iam a lth holder so the share price[ even if it has risen by2.82p because of buy backs ] does not bother me greatly as long as the divi comes back to pre covid levels ,which it hasnt despite all of your figure juggling and including estimated buy back adjustments , as i said yesterday the 2.82p per share would mean £3000 approx that i could decide what to do with , but you would rather let the bod spend your money how they see fit , i think even though we have good banter you are close to joining plato who i assume was all the green lines i had earlier , joking apart please post something that proves to me you are infavour of a shareholder not the bod
