I am sorry but England is a $hithole. Used to be a ltd co director providing my services to big banks in IT. Used to take out a decent living salary and divis. Until they decided to go for us and took my money and left. Went to an EU country setup the same company there and instead of paying 37.5% just on divis I now pay a mere 5%.

In so far as my strategy goes it is a wining one. I do not change. Read my posts. Lately they are waiting for a bid but even if there is one they will be disappointed by the amount on offer. Like a hindsight merchant you only come out when there is a tailwind. I have explained in the history of my posts that I have used shorts to hedge the McWoke madness on my stock Fromm 62p.

In actual fact when the ITV prices were ranging I made so much money from shorting when most of the idiots on this board all they could do was just either keep on buying indiscriminately or crossing their fingers or tugging their forelock to a dame like the old geriatrics they are.

I made so much from shorting and another big chunk from selling a little bit of may stock that in fact my shares Fromm 62p are essentially now 0 cost to me.

Sorry O'malley I can't. The only thing I can say it is not JEMA. It is a pure Ukrainian play and it has nothing to do with Russia. It will have an indirect listing in the Nasdaq. You need to do the research because that way you will decide for yourselves.
