You are conveniently forgetting that the price will most likely drop by 3.3p too as well.

It is tax avoidance at best and it is unacceptable. They are most likely using it to siphon income there for IP and licensing rights they sell for productions that would normally be taxed in the UK and they want to avoid tax. All other individuals in UK are taxed on global income but ITV try to avoid it.

Also what is not legal is the fact that they are not declaring the PSCs of the Cayman company

I also wonder what Ms Kyla Lynne Anthea Mullins is doing being appointed as director to ITV HOLDINGS (CAYMAN) LIMITED an overseas company incorporated in the Cayman Islands that does not disclose the Persons of Significant Control in the Companies House register. Surely as a lawyer she knows it is against the law....

Anyone thinking buying and holding is a strategy needs their heads examined. Fundamentals can remain pretty on paper for years. Only way is to actively trade.
