Have i understood the broad concept correctly....assuming the consolidation passes and the mcap remains at 20m ish and there are 3,500,000 shares in circulation, (570 per share) do the articles only allow ii investment via placing? so lets say an additional 3.5m shares are placed (for simplicity) to raise another 20m£ - our holding / value as PIs is halved. is that the general theory? thanks in advance
