Increase of new business activity??
Strengthening of the balance sheet .....Gaining Assets, Patents, business partnerships etc!
Angus has already done a lot if cost savings since he got the drivers seat.
I believe the money will be used with the highest of due diligence.

Look at it this way....100 million shares in circulation is still nothing in the grand scheme of things, if you look into how that money will.ve spent?
Imo it will.only add value to.tje business and share price.

They have bagged 5 contracts since Sept of this year and we are only began Dec.. That is mighty impressive for a company of this size. I want the big pay day and am betting on a true turn around here in the companies fortunes.
The business was always there in this company but it was trashed by the previous management team.
I would not trade this share but only add as the news in itself will bring on new investors of all sorts.
The need have not even arrived also.....No shares to sell = massive SP uplift
This definatley does have a tern feeling about it.
This could out do Tern based on its shares in issue and Mcap

Just bare in mind there are currently back ground buyers waiting to buy in...so don't part with tour shares prematurely.
This is a genuine turn around case and I believe Angus may just do it :)))
25 million Mcap will not be far fetched here

I will stick my neck out and say that this company will easily get above 10 Mcap in a very short frame of time
So far so good.... loads more positive noise to be announced by this company.

This SP will not be sat at this floor level for long

No I have not had to fill in a TR1
I have just recently taken up my full allowance for the 2 million I was already holding and have applied for more but don't know if I will get them?
I've also bought in at current prices as I believe a realistic Mcap for this business based on its recent results and shares in issue should be no lower than 10 million Mcap and I'm being conservative.
I don't know if the company will contact me to get a TR1 completed?

Angus did buy 3 million shares at 5p.
That's £150k of his personal money.
He is no mug and he is also the captain of this ship.
That's a lot of skin in the game and to me is a big catalyst to invest.
I got burnt before suspension where I bought in over a million shares and was not happy.
The day before suspension I bought another million and then took up all of my allocation and I am happy to have been able to average down.
I see this company doing very well from its current and growing customer base and am also aware that an offer or aqusition can come in at any time.
One just needs to read into what happened here when vin murria was announced.......the SP multi bagged many times due to the lack of shares.
It's still the same case imo but we now have a real growing business which has a goal to fund itself and become a cash cow.
The current Mcap is one big joke and anyone who buys in now will be multi bagging their money in a very short time

Not selling a bean until.over 10p
We have seen it happen twice already and I am confident that Angus was taken on the turn the business around with his expertise and know how from his previous projects.
This man was responsible for the start up and the Share Price uplift s on both Tern and Billam.
Just read the latest results and see what this man has already achieved in his few months there already.
This will rocket many times in SP once the newsflow kicks in and we all know it may be positive.
All to play for and patience will win the day here as the big bucks will be made by the patient.

Just rem that TERN has 236 million shares in issue and we all know what happened there with the mother of all spikes.... 3p to over 50p in a month.
Now we are 70 million shares in issue on the 28th.
My take is any decent newsflow will kick in a demand that will outstrip the shares available to purchase:)
The rise here could eclipse what was witnessed at TERN
I am filling my boots as the current SP is a real gift.
The company has a growing list of paying Fortune 500 customers and that list will grow as will revenue.
The company only need to pull in a couple of millions in annual revenue and watch what will happen to the share price :)

Good luck if you get 1.1p but to be honest does it really matter in the grand scheme of things when the SP is already rock bottom

An excellent reminder to where this company his headed under the newly appointed CEO in July of this year.
It's only been 4 months and a lot of house cleaning has been done and business strategy has improved and sales picking up.
A real bargain currently to any investor who is looking for growth in an undervalued company
Under 1.5 million Mcap and 70 odd million shares in issue, sums it up.
There is 3 gaps to fill here from where the share price dropped before suspension day.
Loads to catch up on imo.
There is money to be made here whether you wear a traders or investors cap
