Just bear in mind that this period you will see a lot of small caps going down due to folk crystalising their investment losses and I would not be surprised if the same was happening here.
Once we approach the new tax year in eatly April you will get investors taking positions again to get their ISAs filled.
This happens year on year and it's a good idea to take in account.
The way your are vocalising your emotions will put any one off to invest in here unless that is your agenda??

Reading your minute by minute posts, you seriously are not in control of your emotional self.
I can reccomend a book for you to read about investing in small caps but then again I read your posts and get entertained.

That's where it's going to get interesting....imo

Turning a 1 mill Mcap to 10 mill is a pretty easy feat with the right planning and a shrewd management mind set in aquiring the right assets.
Trust me they know what they are doing:)

A reverse take over can be done within a few weeks.
I'm sure the Directors have a plan already in place, why else get the 2 directors to step down ?
They are currently or most probably done their due diligence on the up coming projects.

News can come between now and the 29th of this month.
I'm just intrigued to know who the new directors are ???

8 Capital's average is around 1.7p based on their £250k investment for over 14 million shares

To be an example on 8 Capitals website as a case study is of importance imo
Why would they want to highlight us (IMTK) on their website ?
An example to show off their success to their potential customers.
It"s great exposure for them and I'm sure they want to make it a success.

So we have Angus Forrest with £150k invested at 5p
And we have 8 Capital Partners in at £250k average around 2p max.

I'm sure both are looking to make a decent return on their investments
