You're right, this is the highest spot price on lme since July 2019 and there's still further to go. We've seen tin trade quite comfortably in the 19-22k range before.

Tin is also up circa 35% ish from its lows in March.

This is simply undervalued, but I understand the reservations some may have with the funding and outstanding debt.

Just noticed in the Align updated coverage on 5th Aug

"(as BMV plans to buy the remaining 50% stake) by 2025."

could this be a little inside as to how BMV plan to offer a deal to SAU, maybe in milestone payments to SAU. BMV could end up paying more to SAU (which SAU would be happy about), but in return, BMV doesn't have to find all the money at once, and can minimise dilution by paying the consideration over a period of 4 years to SAU.

If that's what BMV plan to do then I'm all for it.

KTRB - I've not been on the Orph BB for a while as I'm pretty calm about my investment here. I don't know how much we've paid Quotient for the rights to use their machine, but I hope it wasn't a lot. Moving forward, we have Challenge Study and Genomic database, so still plenty to look forward to. I guess the testing was a gamble and it's not paid off.

However, Moniman, no cracks appearing from myself, I see that you're still just as negative as always.

there's no constant focus from me. However CF has spent money on a machine that was meant to generate revenues, and so far it's looking like that money has gone down the pan. Similarly, the company doesn't really talk about the Genomic database, which is one of the reasons I bought into the company at 5p levels. Granted, CF has mentioned this once or twice recently, but hoping we can get much more info on this in the weeks ahead.

We have around 1 month left before BMV have to let us know their plan. Very excited to see what they will do as they will 100% make an offer to Southern Gold. If it's accepted there may be some dilution, but given we'd be getting the full earnings from the mine then I'm not too fussed.

Has this bombed? Surely we should've had a deal by now? Looking like a waste of money at the moment.

way oversold yesterday imo. Only thing that's happened is that we've been given opportunity to buy out SAU, or SAU will be swapped with another co. Only downside is delays, was that really worth a 15% drop or whatever it was. Happy i got a topup at 3.4p ish

At least we're set as a company now, onwards and upwards.

I would also add that given SAU are themselves saying they can't see mining happening in the near term, or that it's unlikely, how much can they really sit there and demand....

So what's changed? BMV now given the chance to buy out SAU. BMV now need to find a way of financing this buyout and the commercialisation of the project.

Should BMV not be able to buy out SAU then I'm pretty sure that with Gold at all time highs and a project that is ready to go there will be a third party buyer found quite soon.

Definitely ballanced66 which is why the premeeting was so important so we don't fail due to some stupid admin error or similar. Imo any company who doesn't take this meeting are fkin idiots. Ofc we all want it done asap but first and foremost I want it doing properly. The FDA approval is almost a given, just like the P3 trials. We just have to wait.

Bit gutted, on the drop the other day thought it was going back to 1.8 for a juicy top up. Should've seen past it give the rise in tin. AHH well. Happy with my holding here and optimistic about the future.

I agree. You can tell Fortune is frustrated and really angry. I guess it's easy to understand because the SP (should) reflect how the business is performing and the growth prospects of the company. With the SP the way it is, it kind of suggests (wrongly) that the business isn't performing, or that the growth prosepects aren't there (or fully explained). As the CEO this then reflects on him, and while he has my full support, and I guess the majority of us on here, it musn't be nice for him to see this as he probably takes it personally.
