btw, the good result bit is referring the relatively small drop on what some perceive to be terrible news, when in fact, it simply means commercialisation will start around 4 months later.

Yeah, I think SAU would prefer a mix of equity and cash. I'm pretty sure they're cashed up, but if they get some equity it will keep their SH happy who disagreed with the BOD's decision, but getting cash so wouldnt upset those who did agree.
Now it's just a case of finding the right balance for both companies. I have no doubt this will be sorted with no issues.
