Rainbow Rare Earths Phalaborwa project shaping up to be one of the lowest cost producers globally. Watch the video here.
If it was Miton they had 22m so not the biggest amount in the world to offload. They didn't release an RNS when they've gone under 3% so maybe they're waiting until they're fully out before releasing.
I could smell dividends! Yesterday I was working out the yields based on their last dividend in 2017, however the company was very different with over £300m of debt. They paid a .98p divi.
Just taken £4000 just under 17p. Thats been the barrier the last couple of times, don't see it not getting past here soon with dividends news. Anyone who can do maths such as our good friend RT can work out we're all in for handsome yields and captial gains!
"Based on the performance in the first nine months of FY21 we expect to meet the market expectations for our FY21 results and to provide returns to our shareholders by resuming dividends based on FY21 results."
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM
I've got to say I'm very surprised at the reaction today. I thought some of the newbies and folks who haven't fully researched the share would've dumped on the news. Tells me we have people who understand what we have, and what we could have should a deal with $SAU be achieved.
Always remember that we were never supposed to have SAU's 50%. So if for whatever reason a deal isn't struck, that what how it was always supposed to be. That's what I bought BMV for in the first place.
GLA!
BMV emailed a letter to SAU with proposal. SAU to consider. The way SAU are wording the RNS today and yesterday make BMV sound very amateurish!

SAU don't want, nor require a full cash payment. I still expect a deal to be done, however SAU do hold the cards, and anything thinking otherwise is kidding themselves. Regardless though, always remember that we're negotiating something here which a year ago we didn't even know acquiring the other 50% was an option. This is a a deal where BMV is trying to buy something which is 50% of it's current MC. It was never going to be a walk in the park.
When it gets over the line, it's will be the making of this company.
I'd rather our buyers weren't out Magoo - sellers on the other hand....
Gubong and Kochang JV (Bluebird 50%\SAU 50%)
Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV) continues to be the operator of the Joint Venture and manages all site
activities. The projects are currently on care and maintenance.
In the previous quarter Southern Gold was deemed to have offered for sale both of its joint venture interest
to BMV and BMV elected to acquire them (see ASX Release 14 September 2020). During the quarter the price
payable by BMV was announced as US$9,945,000 for both JV interests (see ASX Release 30 November 2020).
BMV had 60 days from 27 November 2020 (i.e. 26 January 2021) to pay Southern Gold the price. An update on the status of this transaction will be made shortly.
They will need to raise more money, but the money raised last time was supposed to get them through till FDA approval and following that raise they saved £3m on the approval for small businesses.
A raise will come at some point but I'd expect it after the FDA approval or maybe before if the SP sky rockets. I think a US listing is the way to go.
If you look at the timing, FSA approval due October (I don't see them getting this done much sooner, FDA have too much to do). By October, you'd like to think the US vaccine program will have most of the vulnerable categories done, the economy will be pretty much open and then what happens? Focus will turn to the longer term affects of Covid (long covid). That's where POLX can come in. For me, this is perfect timing. Right now the focus is rightly on vaccines and medicines but soon this will change.
Our time is coming guys, be patient.
Just wanted to say good luck to all holders. I know a lot here have been around for some time like myself. We may have a few that have joined more recently, but best wishes to all. This week could be absolutely huge for Bluebird. Good luck to all and hopefully we can all celebrate in our own homes safely in the next few days and crack open your favourite tipple.
Invesco have been selling, maybe the MMs are sat on a lot of shares at the moment.
